A tall multi-tiered waterfall with a cave beside it.
Matigol Falls is one of the best-known attractions of Arakan. The water drops about 100 meters in several tiers, and each level has its own pool and view. A cave sits beside the falls.
The provincial government listed Matigol Falls among the sites set for tourism development. Wear shoes with good grip, since the trail and rocks get slippery.
A local Manobo guide is required. Reported rates: registration ₱50 per person, guide ₱300 per group of up to 6 guests, camping ₱50 per person per night, and a kubo for ₱500 per night (up to 5 persons). Confirm current rates with the Tourism Office before your trip.
